The Holidays are here!

I know! We can’t believe it either.

We all know how stressed the shipping carriers have been, and it’s probably best to assume this will only multiply during the holiday season. Please let us take this time to provide some essential tips to help ensure you receive your shipment on time and when needed.

The most important thing to note:

During the holiday season, we recommend you plan to receive your vial(s) 2-3 days prior to your scheduled treatment.Remember to check with your provider to ensure they will be available to receive shipments during this time.

As a reminder, you are always welcome to have your vial(s) remain here with us in storage until you decide you are ready for them.

While our laboratory and office will be closed on certain days over the holiday season, you are always welcome to place an order online! If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at info@cryobio.com, and we will work to get back to you as soon as we return.

Thanksgiving Recommendations:

Recommendations for Shipments:

Remember to check with your clinic to see what days they will be able to receive shipments. We recommend placing your order at least 2-3 days prior to needing it. Because Thanksgiving is on Thursday, we suggest scheduling your shipment no later than 2 PM EST on Tuesday, November 21st. If you choose to ship on Wednesday, the 22nd, please keep in mind that FedEx does not run on Thanksgiving Day. If you decide to ship on Wednesday, the earliest your delivery could arrive would be Friday, November 24th. If there are delivery delays, your order will most likely be delivered on Monday, November 27th.
Unfortunately, Cryobio can not guarantee what day your shipment will arrive.
